Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of DIY Credit (the marketing site at diycredit.ai, the Inner Circle community, the Classroom, and any related products and content). The IdentityIQ-powered credit dashboard is governed separately by IdentityIQ's own terms.

Who we are

DIY Credit is operated by DACS Ventures LLC. Contact: leadership@diycredit.ai.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DIY Credit and reside in the United States. By using the Inner Circle you confirm you have an active IdentityIQ subscription signed up through DIYCredit.

Acceptable use

• No self-promotion or selling of products/services on the feed.
• No selling, soliciting, or pitching in direct messages.
• No spamming the community.
• No sharing of personal financial data (SSN, account numbers).
• No illegal credit advice (CPNs, synthetic identity, file segregation).
• Respect other members' privacy.

Admins reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, and use AI-assisted tools to support moderation and engagement.

Disclaimers

DIY Credit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA §611) gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate information. Results vary by individual situation, financial profile, and consistency. We make no guarantee of a specific credit score increase, funding approval, or other outcome. This is separate from the limited 90-Day Deletion Guarantee on your membership fees, described below.

90-Day Deletion Guarantee

We offer a limited money-back guarantee on your DIY Credit membership fees. If you keep an active membership and submit at least one round of disputes through the platform, and after 90 continuous days from your first dispute not a single item has been deleted from any of your three bureau credit reports, we will refund the membership fees you paid for that 90-day period.

This guarantee applies only to deletions, meaning the removal of negative items from your report. It is not a guarantee of a specific credit score increase, funding approval, or other outcome, since those depend on factors outside our control. To claim it, email leadership@diycredit.ai with your IdentityIQ membership number within 30 days after your 90-day period ends, and we will verify your dispute activity before processing the refund. The refund covers DIY Credit membership fees only and is limited to your first 90-day period. Submitting frivolous or inaccurate disputes solely to qualify voids this guarantee.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Your subscription is billed by IdentityIQ and managed at member.diycredit.ai. You can cancel from inside that dashboard at any time. See our refund policy for additional details.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your community access without notice for violations of these terms, billing chargebacks, or attempts to harm the community or other members.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
