Six months. Follow the process. Keep the proof.
DIY Credit 110% Money-Back Guarantee
Use DIY Credit consistently for six months, send every qualifying dispute through the system by certified delivery, and meet every requirement below. If not one inaccurate negative item is deleted from any of your three credit reports, we will pay 110% of the eligible membership fees you paid during the qualifying period.
Enrollment is not automatic or retroactive. If the published prerequisites are satisfied, we must approve it. Save our written confirmation and its immutable terms link. No payout is available unless you enroll and agree to these terms before the qualifying activity begins. Terms version: DIYCG-2026-10-28-v1.
Eligibility
You must complete every step.
Missing any requirement ends eligibility. We designed the program around a complete, verifiable dispute process rather than a single letter or a promised score increase.
- 01
Enroll and agree before you begin
Email us from the address on your membership using the enrollment button below. Include your full legal name and IdentityIQ membership number, and agree to the version shown on this page. DIY Credit must approve enrollment within five business days when all published prerequisites are satisfied. The only permissible reasons for decline are: no active paid DIY Credit membership in good standing; the submitted name, email, or IdentityIQ number does not match existing account records; an existing guarantee is already open for that person or membership; or the member did not agree to this terms version. A written decline must identify the unmet criterion and supporting account record. Approval confirms the immutable terms URL, governing version, and exact start and end dates. Prior membership time, disputes, or results do not count.
- 02
Keep the account active for six months
Maintain one continuous, paid DIY Credit membership for 180 consecutive days. The period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the start date in your confirmation and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on day 180. A cancellation, failed payment, membership interruption, or chargeback ends eligibility.
- 03
Send four complete rounds
Create and submit at least four complete dispute rounds through the DIY Credit system. Send each round 30 to 45 days after the prior round and send the fourth round no later than day 120 of your qualifying period.
- 04
Use certified delivery every time
Purchase certified-letter delivery in the system for every qualifying dispute letter. Letters downloaded, mailed, submitted, or paid for outside the platform cannot be verified and do not count.
- 05
Dispute only information you believe is inaccurate
Submit complete and truthful disputes, respond to bureau requests, and upload or retain any supporting documents requested through the system. Frivolous disputes, false statements, altered documents, or identity-theft claims you cannot substantiate void eligibility.
- 06
Avoid new derogatory activity
During the qualifying period, do not create a new late payment, collection, charge-off, repossession, bankruptcy, or other accurate new derogatory event. A new item caused by fraud or reporting error does not disqualify you if you dispute it through DIY Credit within 10 days after discovery and provide the resulting bureau determination. Keep monitoring active so we can compare reports.
- 07
Wait 60 days after the final round
There is a 60-day waiting period after your fourth qualifying dispute round. This gives the bureaus time to complete their investigations. A claim cannot be submitted before the later of day 180 or the end of that waiting period, and must be submitted within the next 30 calendar days.
Objective definitions
What the key terms mean.
- Complete dispute round
- All inaccurate negative items you select for that round are submitted to every applicable bureau through DIY Credit, and every generated bureau letter is sent using certified delivery purchased in the platform. A round is complete on the date of the carrier's first acceptance scan for the final required letter, as recorded by the platform. That date controls round spacing and the waiting period.
- Inaccurate negative item
- A negative account, payment status, collection, public record, or inquiry that you reasonably believe contains a factual error. Accurate negative information and a score change by itself do not qualify.
- Qualifying deletion
- Removal of at least one enrolled inaccurate negative item from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion, shown by the platform's monitoring records between the confirmed start date and the end of the 60-day waiting period.
- Eligible membership fees
- Net recurring DIY Credit membership charges actually paid during the 180-day period after discounts, credits, reversals, and prior refunds, capped at six monthly charges. Postage, taxes, add-ons, and third-party fees are excluded.
What 110% means
Membership fees, plus ten percent.
An approved claim pays 110% times the net eligible membership fees actually paid during the 180-day qualifying period, capped at six monthly payments. Discounts, credits, reversals, and prior refunds reduce the fee base; a price change uses the amount actually paid. The payout does not include certified-letter postage, add-ons, taxes, bank fees, interest, or any third-party charge.
The guarantee is satisfied if at least one inaccurate negative item is deleted from any of the three reports during the qualifying period or 60-day waiting period. It does not promise a particular score increase, approval, interest rate, deletion count, or result on any specific account.
Claim process
One email. Verifiable records.
- 1Email leadership@diycredit.ai from the email address on your membership during the 30-day claim window. Email starts the claim only. Never email identity documents, credit reports, bank statements, or utility bills.
- 2Include your full legal name, IdentityIQ membership number, enrollment confirmation, governing terms version, and the date of your fourth qualifying dispute round.
- 3We prove identity by matching your name, membership email, and IdentityIQ membership number to existing account records. We will never ask you to email or upload an identity document for this guarantee. A mismatch can be corrected through the reconsideration process using account records.
- 4A claim is complete when the email contains the five listed fields; payment, platform activity, certified-mail, and monitoring evidence comes from our existing records and no other document is required. Within five business days of the initial email or any supplement, we will confirm completeness or identify every missing listed field. We will issue a written determination within 30 calendar days after completeness and no later than 45 calendar days after the initial claim.
An approval is paid to the original payment method or by another agreed method within 10 business days after the written approval. A denial will identify the requirement and records supporting it. You may request reconsideration by replying within 15 calendar days with the specific error and supporting platform record; we will issue a final written determination within 15 calendar days.
Important terms
Verification, exclusions, and limitation of liability
DIY Credit may verify eligibility using membership and payment records, platform activity, certified-mail records, bureau responses, and credit-monitoring reports already held in the platform. Claim completeness is limited to the five fields listed in the claim process; DIY Credit will not defer a decision by requesting other material.
One guarantee is available per person and membership. It cannot be transferred, combined with another refund offer, assigned, sold, or converted into a claim for postage or consequential damages. Fraud, duplicate accounts, account sharing, abusive conduct, or a chargeback voids the guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, an approved guarantee payout is the member's sole remedy under this offer. DIY Credit is not liable under the guarantee for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost opportunities, denied credit, interest-rate differences, or changes in a credit score. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
DIY Credit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Credit results vary, accurate negative information cannot be lawfully removed merely because it is disputed, and furnishing a dispute does not guarantee deletion. These terms are governed by Florida law and supplement the DIY Credit Terms of Service.
