Refund policy

DIY Credit is a self-serve, cancel-anytime subscription billed by IdentityIQ. Our refund policy is simple.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the dashboard at member.diycredit.ai. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts.

90-Day Deletion Guarantee

We stand behind the platform. If you keep an active membership and send your disputes through the platform, and after 90 days not a single item has been deleted from your credit reports, we will refund the membership fees you paid during that period.

This guarantee covers deletions, meaning the removal of negative items from your report. It is not a guarantee of a specific credit score increase, since scores move for many reasons outside anyone's control. To claim it, email leadership@diycredit.ai with your IdentityIQ membership number within 30 days of your 90-day mark, and we will verify your dispute activity and process the refund.

Refunds

Outside of the guarantee above, once a monthly billing cycle has begun, the period is non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle from charging.

If you were charged in error, or you cancelled but were still billed, email leadership@diycredit.ai with your IDIQ membership number and we will work with you to make it right.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us will result in immediate and permanent loss of access to the Inner Circle and the Classroom. Please email us first.
