Refund policy

DIY Credit is a self-serve, cancel-anytime subscription billed by IdentityIQ. Our refund policy is simple.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the dashboard at member.diycredit.ai. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts.

Refunds

Once a monthly billing cycle has begun, the period is non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle from charging.

If you were charged in error, or you cancelled but were still billed, email hello@diycredit.ai with your IDIQ membership number and we will work with you to make it right.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us will result in immediate and permanent loss of access to the Inner Circle and the Classroom. Please email us first.
