Privacy policy

DIY Credit (DACS Ventures LLC) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are. If you have any questions, email hello@diycredit.ai.

What we collect

Account data from your IdentityIQ subscription that you signed up for through DIYCredit. This includes your email, name, IDIQ membership number, plan, enrollment date, billing status, and current subscription state. We do not store your Social Security number, full credit-card number, address, or phone number.

Community activity when you use the Inner Circle: posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, course progress, video views, and downloads.

How we use it

• Authenticate you and gate access to subscriber-only features.
• Power the community feed, leaderboards, badges, and notifications.
• Send transactional emails (welcome, billing warnings, level-up).
• Improve safety via AI-assisted moderation of public + private content.
• Send you product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).

AI-assisted moderation

We use Anthropic Claude to scan posts, comments, and direct messages for spam, harassment, sensitive PII, and selling violations. Flagged content is reviewed by an admin. Admins reserve the right to review community content (including DMs) for safety.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the platform: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI), Google Workspace (operations).

Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your community data at any time by emailing hello@diycredit.ai. Your IDIQ subscription is managed at member.diycredit.ai.
